I love this community because I lived here for 11 months and The Grove was a good budget friendly place to live with great staff. I never had any issues. The office is friendly and helpful and the maintenance team is great. Very convenient for military as it is close to I-26 and short drive to most bases in Columbia. They even have a door side trash pickup. I would definitely recommend.
